چکیده

A Mobile stroke unit (MSU) is a type of ambulance deployed to promote the rapid delivery care. We present computational study using time treatment estimation model analyze potential benefits MSUs in Sweden’s Southern Health Care Region (SHR). In particular, we developed two scenarios (MSU1 and MSU2) each including three MSUs, which compared with baseline scenario containing only regular ambulances. For MSU scenario, assessed how much expected estimated decrease for whole region subregion SHR, population benefit from deployment MSUs. example, average SHR was decreased 20,4 15,6 minutes, respectively, scenarios. Moreover, our results show that locations significantly influence what can be expected. While MSU1 improve situation higher share population, MSU2 have impact on patients who currently longest treatment.
